Allison ConstableMFour has hired Allison Constable as a Senior Solutions Executive and Natasha Tran as a Senior Solutions Development Representative, while Thomas Palompelli joins in the newly created role of Director of Product Marketing.

MFour, which uses GPS technology to collect information at what it calls the 'point of emotion', yesterday launched a service called DisplayCheck, to locate consumers who are in-store while a campaign is in flight and obtain their feedback on whether displays, signage and endcaps are being seen and driving product awareness, perception and purchases. Constable (pictured) joins from Kantar, where she served as Business Development Director for Media & Content, before which, she was Ad Effectiveness Analyst for Buzzfeed and Client Supervisor for Millward Brown Digital. At MFour, she will advise brands, media companies and agencies on how to use the company's products.

Tran was previously was a Sales Executive for real estate data company Zillow Group, specializing in driving new business for its advertising platform. She will now educate prospective clients about MFour products. Palompelli, who most recently served as Director of Product Marketing at Comcast-owned video advertising solutions firm FreeWheel, will oversee a portfolio encompassing a wide range of product offerings for brands and retailers.
