Ken MarkusOnline video analytics tech developer Innovid has promoted Ken Markus to the position of Chief Client Officer, from his previous role as SVP of Global Operations and Client Services.

New York-based Innovid provides MRC-accredited tools to create, deliver and measure video campaigns. These tools capture consumer engagement with proprietary real-time analytics and reporting, providing insight into ad 'viewability', engagement, awareness and social media sharing. In January, the firm secured $30m in funding from Goldman Sachs' Private Capital Investing group, which it is using to further position the business in the connected TV (CTV) adtech market, while expanding its global footprint.

Markus joined in 2015 after five years at Google, where he led one of the third party services operations; overseeing management of a team of more than 1,000 agents. Before this he was Director, Online Marketing and eCommerce at publisher Conde Nast, and he held senior roles at Sirius Satellite Radio and Time Inc. In his expanded role, Markus is tasked with continuing to grow and scale the company's global Client Services organization, and advising clients on initiatives, certifications and competitive advantages related to the CTV environment.
