Washington, DC-based online sample provider Full Circle Research has set up an Executive Council, which comprises its eight departmental heads.

Full Circle's proprietary HoNoR (Holistic Next-Level Research) respondent validation service includes two products from voter data and targeting firm TargetSmart, providing users with actionable voter insights. Its new Executive Council will facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, with departmental heads acting as advocates for their teams.
