Opinium Adds Seven to London Team

UK-based insight agency Opinium has made seven new hires at its London office - three research executives and four interns.

Opinium, which was founded in 2007 and also has offices in New York, offers qual and quant research and consultancy across five practice areas - brand and communications, product and service development, stakeholder, market intelligence and thought leadership. In addition, the company owns and manages panels of UK consumers, IFAs and small businesses, runs an omnibus which interviews 2000 UK adults in each wave, and recently launched an EU Barometer, to provide a snapshot of consumer sentiment across the European Union.

The three new Research Executives are Amanda Hammond, who previously spent nearly four years at ITV, latterly as Commercial Research Executive; Jordan McLaren, who earlier worked for full-service agency Northstar as an RE; and Oliver White, who previously served as an RE at IFF Research. Joining as interns are Cameron Hatter, with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kent; Emily Arnold, currently studying for a Master of Science in International Business Management from London South Bank University; Isabel Meisl, with a BA in English Literature and American Studies from the University of Manchester; and Tamara Strabel with a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge and a BSc from LSE.
