Hilton Marketer Joins BDRC

London-based market research agency BDRC has appointed former Hilton International marketer Jude Bissert as Client Services Director of its Hotels & Hospitality team.

Jude BissertThe division offers subscription-based reports and bespoke research, to address issues such as guest satisfaction, brand re-positioning, market opportunity and new concept testing. Its multi-client studies include 'Venue Verdict', 'Hotel Guest Surveys', and 'GuestRate' tracking, analysis and benchmarking tools.

Bissert joins from Hilton International where she was most recently Director of Global Business Products and Promotions, managing the delivery of business-focused brand strategies. During her 13 year career, she has been a regular user of BDRC's research.
