Synovate Appoints SVP Customer Experience

In the US, Synovate has appointed Xavier Quenaudon as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, responsible for supporting the firm's client teams in their efforts to develop and implement customer experience solutions for clients.

Before joining, Quenaudon spent 17 years with customer satisfaction specialist CFI Group where his most recent role was Vice President of Client Services. During this time, he led customer satisfaction programs across more than 25 countries; identifying improvements and investment initiatives that would deliver the highest ROI for clients.

'Xavier has a broad range of experience consulting with large domestic and international companies on their customer satisfaction programs,' states Mary Beth Lake, CEO for MarketQuest, Synovate's product design and development group, and Head of Capabilities for North America. 'His addition to Synovate will serve our clients well in their own attempts to create and deliver outstanding experiences for their customers.'

Having lived in the Netherlands for a number of years, Quenaudon speaks Dutch, as well as German, English, and his native French. In his new role, Quenaudon will be based in Synovate's Detroit office.
