Research Now Ramps Up Teams in Aus and NYC

Online sampling and data collection firm Research Now has relocated Emel Mohammadally from London to Sydney to lead its Client Development team in Australia, while appointing James Burrows as Senior Vice President of Client Development in New York.

Emel Mohammadally and James BurrowsMohammadally, who previously worked as part of the Client Development team in London, has taken the post of Client Development Director responsible for growing the firm's presence in Australia.

She has more than 8 years' experience in the industry, and before joining Research Now in 2009 served as Research Manager at Synovate and as an Associate Director at Ciao Surveys.

In her new role, she reports to MD of Asia Pacific James Burge, who comments: 'Demand for online market research has continued its steady rise in Australia, and in line with this development, we have continued to expand our Australian team. Emel's wealth of knowledge about the business as well as her experience in leading an emerging team will be particularly valuable in helping us continue to develop client relationships with existing and new accounts.'

Burrows joins from outdoor display company Litelogic, where he was CEO. Prior to this, he worked in the ad and marketing industries at J.Walter Thompson, Publicis, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe and Y&R, before co-founding Espotting Media. He will now lead client development activities focused on digital media, for advertisers, media planners and buyers, and media publishers.

EVP of Global Client Development Craig Stevens, to whom he will report, says Burrows will help media organizations use Research Now's suite of media solutions, including the recently launched ADimension technology.
