Kantar Video Hires Chief of Staff and Finance Director

In the US, Kantar Video has promoted digital media strategist and entrepreneur Andrew Chang to the role of Chief of Staff. The firm has also transferred Brian Schorr from sister WPP agency CommonHealth to the post of Director of Finance.

Launched last year, New York-based Kantar Video offers a range of multi-channel analysis services including the Videolytics online and mobile video platform, which offers syndication, tracking and optimization.

Chang (pictured) joined the firm last year as a Business Developer, having previously founded digital media company Rogue Media, and led the Consumer Insights and Research division at digital marketing agency 360i. During his career, he also served as an advisor to start-ups including DashMob and Looxii.

Schorr previously served as CommonHealth's Finance Director, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning. Before this, he held several senior operations, finance and consulting positions for the US Army and the National Institute of Health.

Both the new roles report to and support CEO Bill Lederer, who comments: 'Andrew and Brian are the perfect candidates with the right experience to hone our operational focus and help us to continue to deliver innovative video research products and measurement solutions for all of our clients'.
