Walton to Retire from Cello's TVE

Paul Walton, the co-founder and CEO of Cello-owned brand development consultancy The Value Engineers (TVE), is to retire at the end of the year.

Paul WaltonWalton set up Buckinghamshire-based TVE in 1986 with Development Director Graham Harding, after a career in advertising with French Gold Abbott, Young & Rubicam, and The Creative Business. They sold the firm to Cello in 2005 for £7.15m, and Walton joined the Board in 2010 when he took up the post of Group Strategy Director.

Following his retirement, Walton will continue to advise Cello on a part-time basis, while working with the Cello Academy, which offers staff courses in leadership and business development, as well as MasterClasses in 'commercial excellence', business consulting and negotiation skills.
