BrainJuicer Hires Former Microsoft MR Manager

UK-based online specialist BrainJuicer has appointed former Microsoft Market Research Manager Ralph Komen as Client Director in the Netherlands.

Last September, BrainJuicer moved its Dutch office from Rotterdam to Amsterdam in order to be closer to existing clients.

Komen joins after an 18-year career with Microsoft. Most recently, he served as Market Research Manager responsible for reviewing, monitoring, analysing, and reporting the results of international customer satisfaction surveys across the firm's 17 Office Online sites. During this time, he also built a model for measuring ROI on editorial and content projects, worked on web site analysis to spot trends and anomalies, reviewed external survey tools and conducted ad hoc research. Prior to this he worked in international management roles and support engineering roles across the Microsoft group. He began his market research career at global paints supplier Akzo Nobel Coatings.
