Incite Hires Four in Covent Garden

UK consumer specialist Incite has hired four new members of staff, including Ipsos MORI's former Head of Travel Rosemary Bayman, who joins as Principal in the firm's Financial Services team.

Founded in 2000, London-based Incite employs 52 staff and works in FMCG, technology and other sectors. Last year, the company was acquired by printing group St Ives in a deal worth up to £11.4m.

Bayman (pictured) previously worked in Ipsos MORI's Loyalty division as Head of Travel, Technology & Retail, prior to which she was a Research Director at Synovate. Earlier, she was a Study Editor at financial services specialist eBenchmarkets, and she spent eight years at TNS, latterly as Head of Stakeholder Management.

She is joined by Ben Markham and Helen Osborne, who previously worked at BDRC and TNS respectively, and who both take the title of Associate; along with Adrian Damian who joins from Research Now as a Data Analyst.

Following six years at BDRC, Markham has gained qual/quant experience across brand health, consumer loyalty, and new product development, while Osborne is a qual specialist with a specific focus on digital and online methodologies.
