Two More Directors On Board at Passenger

US-based online community specialist Passenger has appointed former Ipsos researcher Kristine Dow as Operations Director, Client Services. Liz Dyer has also joined the firm as Senior Director of Marketing.

Kristine DowFounded in 2005, with offices in Los Angeles, Palo Alto and New York City, Passenger develops online customer insight communities. Last year, the firm entered the Japanese market through a partnership with Tokyo-based online survey and panel provider Rakuten Research.

Dow (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' experience in client services roles in the insights sector. She spent the past ten years at Ipsos Interactive Services, where she latterly served as Director, US Project Management Division, responsible for $25m in revenues across various project teams and lines of business. Earlier, she spent nine years at The NPD Group in a number of roles, including Account Manager, Online Research Division, managing two corporate trackers.

In her new role, Dow will lead Operations for Passenger's NY team, expanding the client services department with a focus on building processes and on training.

Dyer joins as Senior Director of Marketing, in charge of the marketing team. She most recently worked at Dell, where she was responsible for several company-wide programs, after spells at Bugaboo and Marketwired.
