Hispanic Specialist ThinkNow Hires Qual Division Head

In the US, Hispanic consumer insights agency ThinkNow Research has hired former Q-Insights Director of Operations Lara Fordis to head its Qualitative Research Division.

Lara FordisBurbank, CA-based ThinkNow specializes in researching the US Hispanic demographic and other hard-to-reach consumers through online research panels and communities targeting acculturated, un-acculturated and bi-cultural Hispanic US citizens. The firm also designs and implements custom quant and qual studies, and last year doubled the frequency of its Hispanic online omnibus to twelve waves per year.

Fordis (pictured) joins from Q-Insights, where she helped direct and oversee all functions, including project management, staff and recruitment. Prior to this she was a Consultant with Suggestion Guru, Senior Research Director at employee research specialist Insightlink Communications, Director of Research & Operations at Pelegrin Gray Research, and a Research Analyst at Marketing Matrix, where she began her market research career.
