Verve Promises Richer Surveys for Apple Users

October 21 2013

London-based MR community and panel specialist Verve has launched AllDevice, a suite of JavaScript tools to enhance respondent experience on... all devices - including iPhones and iPads, which don't support Flash.

Verve Promises Richer Surveys for Apple UsersVerve says Flash Tools have become the most common way to provide respondents with a richer and more engaging survey experience, but because Apple's devices don't work with Flash, users have missed out on these advances.

Verve's new toolkit contains 'engaging question types and approaches' designed to improve respondent experience and thereby, response. The tools automatically detect what device capabilities members have, and optimise the survey content for them.

CEO Andrew Cooper comments: 'Already an average of 35% of our survey research through our client's Community Panels is completed on mobile devices. Our 'Verve AllDevice' tools... at last give those on Apple devices the experience they deserve. A great use of the Verve JavaScript tools is for song testing - which allow young audiences to participate in interesting research on their mobiles while out and about.' He concludes: 'Getting young people to take part in research is not hard - if you give them the right opportunities to participate'.

Verve was founded in 2008 and is online at www.addverve.com .
