New US Leader for Worldpanel Phone Tracker Arm

Consumer mobile phone tracking specialist Kantar Worldpanel ComTech has hired former gartner VP Carolina Milanesi as Director of its US business.

The company conducts what it describes as 'the largest continuous research consumer mobile phone tracking panel of its kind in the world', involving more than one million interviews per year in Europe alone and covering mobile phone purchase, usage and bills to give insights into how consumers interact with their phones and what drives market share changes.

Milanesi spent seven years focused on consumer technology markets at Gartner. In her new role, reporting directly to Paul Moore, Global Director of the ComTech division, she will head up global and local mobile and technology clients in the USA, with responsibility for global analyst activities based in the US, development of research solutions strategy and leadership of all US analyst teams.
