Ipsos Launches 'Overnight' Innovation Service

March 4 2014

Innovation and forecasting specialist Ipsos InnoQuest has launched a new service to test ideas and deliver a snapshot of quantitative consumer feedback in around eighteen hours.

Neat idea? Ipsos will offer a quick assessmentIpsos claims its new 'InnoQuest*Overnight' solution is the first overnight idea screening service in the industry. Drawing on a representative sample of consumers, the tool provides quantitative idea testing of up to 100 ideas in less than 24 hours.

Currently available in six countries - France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK and the US - the solution is offered through a client workshop or on a stand-alone basis, and employs 'opportunity scores' to help prioritize ideas and determine which are most likely to convert to full concepts.

Paul Crowe, SVP of Ipsos InnoQuest in the US, explains: 'While not as in-depth as our existing InnoQuest*Ideas solution, our new Overnight product builds off that platform to provide a quick snapshot that helps gauge the potential for new ideas. Its strength is that it helps marketers determine if their first steps are at least heading in the right direction so they can go from brainstorming session into further product development in just one step.'
