Tribal Worldwide Names New UX Strategy Leader

In London, digital ad agency Tribal Worldwide has hired former Accenture exec Jonathan Lovatt-Young to lead design and user experience (UX) strategy. He takes up his new role tomorrow.

Jonathan Lovatt-YoungHeadquartered in New York, Omnicom-owned Tribal Worldwide has 64 offices in 42 countries across The Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

For the past seventeen months, Lovatt-Young (pictured) has served as UX Creative Director at Accenture, prior to which he worked at Digitas LBi as UX Director & UK Joint Head. Earlier, he held senior creative positions at Fortune Cookie, Crayon London, Hildebrand Interactive, Trinity Mirror Group and Clockwork Web, and he was European Brand Manager at COLT Telecom, where he worked for more than four years.

In his new role as Head of Service and Experience Design reporting to MD Tom Roberts, Lovatt-Young will work across the firm's London portfolio of clients and lead the UX and Service Design team. Roberts comments: 'We have created this new role to reflect the evolving nature of experience design strategy and user experience, across both digital and physical touch points. Jonathan brings a wealth of experience and a real passion to create brilliant customer experiences for brands.'
