TNS BMRB Hires Public Policy Expert

In the UK, specialist social research agency TNS BMRB has appointed former Office of Public Management (OPM) exec Robin Clarke as a Director in its London office.

The firm provides insight on public policy for government and not-for-profit clients, along with international policymakers. Its expertise includes the provision of national statistics, public policy analysis, public service performance measurement and communications evaluation.

Clarke (pictured) worked at the OPM for nearly ten years, latterly as Head of Engagement, designing, managing and delivering public and stakeholder engagement projects. Prior to this, he worked at the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) as a Senior Fellow, and was an Advisor at the Office for Public Services Reform (OPSR), delivering and managing a research project to update the government's customer focus policy. Earlier in his career, he worked agency side at Opinion Leader.
