Targeting Tech Firm RTB House Hires Three

Targeting technology company RTB House, which specializes in online personalization strategies, has appointed three regional directors - two of whom previously worked for audience measurement specialist Gemius.

Vladimir Houba, Pawel Mazurek and Omer ArasWarsaw, Poland-based RTB House offers technology allowing any online store, brand or manufacturer to profile e-shoppers and run customized campaigns that deliver personalized messages.

Vladimir Houba joins as Regional Commercial Director, responsible for co-ordinating all business activity across the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. In his most recent role, at Gemius, he held a number of sales and managerial positions before taking over the responsibility for business development in the EMEA region.

Pawel Mazurek previously worked for Gemius as Regional Manager for the Balkan region and before that held senior sales roles at Goldbach Media. He will now manage RTB House's sales operations in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

Finally, Omer Aras takes responsibility for sales across Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and Turkey, after more than a year at RTB House. His professional background includes roles at zanox and T&I Systems.

Commenting on the appointments, Maciek Mikołajczak, Business Development Director CEE, said: 'Across central, eastern and southern Europe, the company sales force already has dozens of people, and the new directors reflect our heightened support for these regions. Strengthening the management team to match each market is a natural step in the development of RTB House.'
