Kleffmann Group Promotes for Global HR Role

German-based agricultural MR specialist Kleffmann Group has promoted Carolina Coelho to Global HR & Operations Manager.

Kleffmann uses a combination of syndicated and bespoke ad hoc research studies and a global network of farmer panels to advise clients in markets including crop protection, seed, animal husbandry and agricultural machinery. The Group was established in 1990 and employs more than 350 full time staff in offices in Asia, Australia, Europe and Latin America.

Coelho has spent the last few years working as Head of HR and Operational Management in the company's Brazilian subsidiary. In her new role, she will work on the planning and implementation of policies concerning bonus and benefit programs, quality systems and performance assessment tools.

CEO Burkhard Kleffmann says the move is designed to strengthen the global integration of the firm's projects and teams. He adds: 'With her international experience, she has a global view on the company structure and is able to draw the right conclusions in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, especially in the new growing subsidiaries in the emerging markets.'
