In the US, GfK MRI has appointed former Nielsen SVP Dr. Christie Kawada as EVP, Product Management and Innovation.
In her most recent role at Nielsen, Kawada was Senior Vice President of Global Innovation Solutions, across TV and Film, working with primary and syndicated behavioral data. Before this she led teams in client consulting, custom analytics and marketing science. She holds a PhD in Social/Cognitive Psychology from New York University, and a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
GfK MRI MD Florian Kahlert believes Kawada and her team will 'accelerate the company's move into new, data-driven product opportunities', and comments: 'Christie has an unmatched reputation for creating cutting-edge solutions that are grounded in rigorous research and design.'
