SurveyMonkey Integrated with Salesforce

October 10 2014

DIY online research firm SurveyMonkey has announced a new app, allowing users to send and analyze surveys from within the widely used Salesforce platform.

SurveyMonkey's Dave GoldbergThe 'SurveyMonkey for Salesforce' app allows companies to view survey responses directly alongside Salesforce information and is already available on the latter's AppExchange online marketplace. Users of the Salesforce 1 platform can schedule surveys at recurring intervals or set triggers based on events in the platform - survey data then 'flows back in' without the need to switch software, and can be monitored and analysed via desktop or mobile.

The firms say the app - which is a response to strong demand from Salesforce users - will help identify upsell opportunities, test product or price offerings, measure Net Promoter Scores, benchmark and track performance over time. According to Ron Huddleston, SVP for Global ISV and Channel Alliances at Salesforce, 'A survey app was the most requested integration from more than half of our customers across all segments and industries... Customer feedback is critical for any business, and SurveyMonkey is an ideal addition to the salesforce.com Partner Program.'

SurveyMonkey CEO Dave Goldberg (pictured) comments: 'By partnering with Salesforce, and coupling the app with our suite of survey offerings, such as SurveyMonkey Audience, we are helping users worldwide build custom data sets, see results in context, and harness the power of big data.'
