PR Company Buys Ideation Inc.

PR firm MWW has acquired New York-based innovation lab Ideation Inc., for an undisclosed sum. Ideation's founder Robert Dilio joins MWW as Chief Technology Officer.

Ideation's services center around the use of real-time data for product development, and include a range of social media, e-commerce and campaign development services, along with big data and analytics. Its social media platform Related Noise is used by brands to understand what consumers think of their products, and repurpose user-generated content to build consumer experiences across all marketing channels.

Dilio (pictured) brings more than two decades of experience in software development, digital architecture, social media strategy and product management. In his new role, he is tasked with expanding the firm's digital capabilities and building custom solutions for clients with real-time data and user behavior analytics.
