Five Appointments for dunnhumbyUSA

Customer data specialist dunnhumbyUSA has announced two senior hires and three promotions in its Cincinatti, Ohio office. Elizabeth Wagoner joins as Associate Director, Operations; and Allison Hoffman as Director, Client Leadership.

Wagoner will support the execution of the firm's information security program. She worked previously as Assistant VP, IT Security & Risk at Fifth Third Bank and for ten years as Security Services Client Manager at Hewlett Packard. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.

Hoffman will work with retailers and brands looking to put their customers at the center of the decision-making process. She was previously President and Owner of Connection2Consumers, and before this spent 25 years working for Empower MediaMarketing, most recently as Senior Vice President and Growth Partner. She holds a BA from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania.

The firm has also promoted Brian Knarr to Associate Director, Solutions; Lee Allen to Senior Client Lead, Client Leadership; and Anna Saffer to Director, Capability Solutions. Knarr, previously AD, Custom Insights and before that a Client Manager at The Nielsen Company, will be responsible for data sources, predictive trends and general understanding of clients' retail environments. Allen, previously a Senior Associate, Client Leadership, joined dunnhumbyUSA after five years at its joint owner The Kroger Co. Saffer was previously Associate Director of New Product Development, and in her new role will develop solutions allowing clients with data and insights innovation for successful product launches.
