ORC Hires Qual and Employee Specialists in Singapore

In Singapore, customer and employee research specialist ORC International has appointed Smitha Kuppa as Senior Research Director of its Qualitative practice, and Nellie Yeoh as Senior Consultant, Employee Research.

Kuppa joins with fourteen years' experience working across Asian, African and Latin American markets, in senior roles at Quantum Consumer Solutions, Flamingo, The Leading Edge and Millward Brown. Her experience spans multiple categories, including household, personal care, food and beverages, financial services and IT services, and she specialises in innovation, market entry strategy and communication development.

Yeoh, who was previously a consultant with boutique HR consultancy firm Right Foot Forward, has a background in designing HR frameworks. She joins with more than thirteen years' HR and operations experience, which included serving as Head of HR & Membership at the American Chamber of Commerce.
