New CEO for Predictive Analytics Firm Loyalty Builders

In the US, predictive customer analytics specialist Loyalty Builders Inc, has appointed Peter Moloney as its new CEO, effective 2nd February. He replace founder Mark Klein, who remains as Chairman and Chief Technical Officer.

Peter MoloneyThe firm's flagship SaaS service Longbow allows targeting of promotional messages including up-sell, cross-sell and win-back, down to the individual customer level. Transaction history is used to predict purchase propensity for each product and calculates loyalty scores.

Moloney was previously MD at software industry advisory service Strategic Angels; VP of Corporate Development at Progress Software, leading a dozen US and internation acquisitions; CEO of marketing services firm Ideabank; and held senior product management and marketing positions at Progress and Scitex America (now part of Kodak).

Klein says of the changeover: 'Given the opportunities in data-driven marketing, we are thrilled to have found someone with Pete's background and experience to assume a leadership role within Loyalty Builders. Pete adds a ton of experience and an enterprise perspective to our team, at the right time in our history.'
