ICM Direct Hires and Promotes in London

Creston-owned fieldwork business ICM Direct has appointed Michael Phillips as Data Services Director and Ali Yusuf as Solutions Development Executive, while promoting Mona Bläute to the role of Deputy Operations Director. Former Data Services Director Teresa Lynch has retired.

Michael Phillips, Ali Yusuf and Mona BläutePhillips has spent the past eighteen months in the housing sector. Prior to this, he worked for IPSOS MORI for more than two decades; latterly as Director, Data Processing, Online Scripting UK, involved with several high profile research projects including the 2010 General Election results for the BBC and Sky television. Earlier, he worked for the Independent Research Bureau. Phillips replaces Lynch who has retired after more than three decades in the industry.

Yusuf has more than eight years' experience in scripting and data processing, having previously worked for Promise Communispace, Facts, Doctors.net and AC Nielsen.

Since joining ICM thirteen years ago from Research Europe (now HI Europe), Bläute has been promoted three times. She was most recently Production Director responsible for the company's telephone centre and with commercial responsibilities across ICM Direct.
