Research Now Rolls Out US Voter Panel

July 24 2015

Digital data collection specialist Research Now has launched a panel through which political researchers can capture American voters' perceptions of current issues, along with insights into political trends such as candidate perception, voter turnout, and campaigns.

Melanie CourtrightThe mobile-optimized research design enables panelists to participate in surveys via smartphone, tablet or PC, to encourage participation from all segments of the population. Constituents can be surveyed based on their party affiliation, historical election turnout, congressional district and other political variables.

Through the new panel, pollsters and political researchers will have access to a targeted audience of more than 600,000 voters from every state and US Congressional district across the country. Research Now claims that this is the largest panel of its kind, comprising voters who are non-partisan and/or who have no publicly available telephone numbers, as well as more than 70,000 'millennials'.

Melanie Courtright (pictured), Lead Methodologist and EVP of Client Services, comments: 'Notable inaccuracies in recent election predictions have proven the need to reach all audiences, including mobile responders and millennials, in order to accurately forecast results. Our political panel can help researchers better understand these hard-to-reach audiences who are critical to election outcomes.'
