comScore Reports 16% Second Quarter Revenue Rise

Digital measurement specialist comScore has reported a 16% pro forma increase in second quarter revenue to $91.3m, and first half revenues up 15% to $178.3m.

Serge MattaAdjusted EBITDA for the second quarter rose 30% to $22.9m, and for the half year rose 28% to $44.2m.

President and CEO Serge Matta (pictured) comments: 'I'm pleased to share that comScore delivered a quarter of record revenues and strong profitability. Because of our continued positive momentum across our business and the strength of our partnerships, which continue to grow in number and impact, we are raising full year revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance'.

For the third quarter, the firm anticipates GAAP revenue of $90.8m to $95.4m, and for the full year, $369.5m to $382.5m.
