In India, eCommerce technology specialist eShopbox has launched a business intelligence (BI) insights platform, to help fashion brands monitor product performance, optimize marketing strategies, and plan for product assortment, based on the behavioral analysis of their consumers.
Founded last year, eShopbox works with fashion labels to help them sell online. Its products promise a single platform through which to manage all aspects of running a fashion brand online, including the creation of a web store, and integration of all marketplaces, advertising and marketing.
The new 'eShopbox Insights' platform has been developed to process billions of data records per day, and use this information to track any product's lifecycle and compare it with industry benchmarks on similar products. In addition, it can be used to monitor size specific sell-outs, and minimize dead stock, while comparing pricing across all ranges or categories.
