OnePoint Deal Gives Ugam Mobile Options

In New York, managed analytics firm Ugam has partnered with mobile and online survey technology provider OnePoint Global to enhance its mobile and SMS survey capabilities.

OnePoint Global's technology will allow Ugam to set up mobile surveys - including for branded survey apps, in-app surveys and SMS-based surveys - which can be deployed on any phone, tablet or browser and can collect responses online or off-line.

OnePoint's surveys are formatted for 'any device, in any language and in any country', and its back-end software will give Ugam a customizable dashboard for both rapid survey launch and real-time reporting.
