Verto Analytics Ramps Up Leadership Team

Multi-screen digital media measurement firm Verto Analytics has appointed Tom Butler as Senior Vice President of Sales, Eastern US; and John McLaren as Vice President of Sales, Western US. Additionally, Matti Aksela joins in Finland as Senior Vice President of Technology.

Tom Butler, John McLaren and Matti AkselaVerto offers a portfolio of measurement services with a focus on syndicated research and analytics, and accessed through a single-source. Its executive team is based in New York City, with additional offices in San Francisco, and Helsinki Finland.

Butler has held a number of senior positions within the industry, including that of SVP of Sales and Client Services at Nielsen; CRO of Affectiva; and VP of Audience Development at eXelate; while mobile specialist McLaren has more than twenty years client facing experience, gained at Forrester, M:Metrics, and comScore. Aksela previously worked at Comptel and Xtract, where he held senior management roles in product development, analytics development and technologies.

Both Butler and McLaren are responsible for driving US sales and strategic partnerships, while Aksela is responsible for overseeing all technology implementations, R&D, and European operations.
