Lotame Names Chief Operating Officer

US-based web analytics and behavioral targeting firm Lotame has appointed former Videology COO Mike Woosley as Chief Operating Officer, replacing Adam Lehman, who has left the company after seven years to set up his own workplace collaboration platform.

Mike WoosleyThe firm's flagship platform Crowd Control gathers first-party unstructured audience data from publisher sites, allowing clientsto combine this with third-party data in a single interface. Users can learn more about their most valuable customers, find prospects that look and act exactly like them, and then execute ad campaigns and content strategies that target them across any digital device.

Woosley joins from online video ad targeting specialist Videology, where he was part of the founding team, serving as COO from 2008 to 2012 and as CFO from 2012 to 2014. During this time, he led the company's expansion to around twenty countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia, while helping raise approximately $150m in equity capital. Prior to this, he was CFO of tech firm BDMetrics and of AOL's Advertising.com, where he worked with Lotame founder and CEO Andy Monfried, and contributed to the organization's growth and eventual sale to Time Warner.
