Bilendi Expands in Germany

European firm Bilendi, which combines MR and online loyalty services, has opened a new office in Cologne, Germany, where it has appointed Andreas Knappstein as Sales Director for the DACH countries.

Andreas KnappsteinFormerly known as Maximiles, the company offers access to more than 2.1 million panellists in eleven major European countries, and has built a network of partners to fulfil customer needs in more than 55 countries. In February, the firm acquired Nordic agency M3 Research, and a month later it bought the Springboard UK access panel from Vision Critical.

Bilendi has had a presence in Berlin since 2010 and now employs a team of twenty there. It manages access panels with more than 250,000 active members in Germany, in addition to 20,000 in Austria and 50,000 in Switzerland. Knappstein (pictured) joins with ten years' online MR industry experience, having previously served as Sales Director at Respondi, MD of Sales at Liveloop, and Head of Key Account Management at Questback.
