SSI Partners to Enhance Mobile Panel Offer

January 11 2016

Research data solutions and technology firm SSI has announced a partnership with Boston-based mobile intelligence and engagement platform SessionM, offering a new panel app called mTHOUGHTS.

SessionM offers access to 12 million registered and qualified consumers, who can now use the new Android and iOS app to earn its loyalty currency, mPLUS Rewards, by participating in surveys and location-based activities like retail store audits. The launch further enhances SSI's Mobile Solution suite, which combines a robust mobile panel, a geo-enabled data collection app and mobile-optimized survey programming.

The partners say the mobile-first approach generates more than 275,000 responses each day and offers access to quick, actionable feedback or the option of respondent targeting for promotions or insights follow-up.

Saran Ganesh, SSI's Director of Mobile Product Marketing says the new program helps the firm expand its mobile offering to clients, and the SessionM relationship assures SSI 'a more qualified and engaged participant'. Paul Krasinski, SVP Business Development and Strategy at SessionM, comments: 'Big brands know that mobile is becoming the central point for customer engagement SSI's mobile solution combined with SessionM's mobile enterprise platform, offers researchers and brands the ability to interact with consumers at their point of experience, providing deeper insight into the why of a given behavior'.

SSI has around 3,600 employees working from 30 offices in 21 countries. More information about the app can be found at www.mthoughtsapp.com , while the companies' home pages are at www.sessionm.com and www.surveysampling.com .
