WPP's POSSIBLE Buys German Agency Conrad Caine

WPP-owned digital agency POSSIBLE has acquired German full-service digital agency Conrad Caine. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Conrad CaineBased in Munich, with additional offices in Erlangen, Pelotas (Brazil) and Buenos Aires, Conrad Caine has a team of 140 staff who create campaigns for global and local brands, helping them connect with consumers across online, mobile, video and social platforms. Its broad range of services includes research, insights and data analytics; product innovation and user experience design; digital storytelling and data visualisation; and consumer intelligence and personalisation. For the year ended 31st December 2014, the agency's revenues were approximately EUR 8.5m.

In a statement, WPP said the Conrad Caine deal immediately provides POSSIBLE with a major presence in the German market, while adding operations in Brazil and Argentina. Following the acquisition, the firm will operate under the name POSSIBLE within Germany and South America, and be led by current CEO Conrad Caine (pictured).
