New Name and Data-Based Launch for Incentives Firm

February 10 2016

Incentive software platform 360incentives has changed its name to 360insights, and launched a new service called the Channel Success Platform. The firm recently announced it had secured $10m in funding to support development of its predictive analytics offering.

Jason AtkinsCanada-based 360 helps clients to create, measure and manage their programs for sales incentives, rebates and co-op/mdf in real time, and has operations in London and around the USA. In 2014, the company launched a co-op advertising module, billed as the first to allow companies to run all their incentive programs on a single technology platform, and with an innovative focus on channel reporting and management rather than mere claims processing - the new name reflects this continuing emphasis.

The new Channel Success Platform draws on data from more than $1 billion dollars of claims processed last year and will help clients make data-driven, predictive decisions. A new analytics suite will tap the same data to help clients predict which incentives programs will perform best, along with when and where to run them.

'Companies that sell through complex channels have always asked the same set of fundamental questions about their consumers', says founder and CEO, Jason Atkins (pictured): 'Why did they come into the store? Why did they buy? How do we get more people to do the same? Only a technology-first company can answer these questions with authority... Today, we're giving our clients the power to make data-driven, decisions that optimizes their programs so they can spend with greater certainty than ever'.
