Tokyo-based panels and technology company dataSpring has relocated its Manila, Philippines-based Operations Hub to a bigger location in the city, to accommodate an anticipated 25% growth in headcount.The firm, which was previously known as Research Panel Asia (RPA), offers market researchers and end clients a package which comprises global sample (four million plus panellists in more than 35 countries), full service, and a proprietary survey programming and a tabulation tool. Panel coverage includes Japan, China, Korea, the US and the UK.
Commenting on the relocation, CEO Masahiro Takanohashi said: 'The investment we're making in our Manila Operations Hub doesn't end with our new offices; we're also focusing on training and developing our team there to provide faster and better service to our global clients.'
