IFF Research Hires Three in London

London-based full service agency IFF Research has appointed Rowan Foster as Research Director in its Learning and Skills team, and Siv Svanaes as Senior Research Manager and Libby Eastwood as Research Manager in its Research team.

Rowan FosterThe firm, which began as a B2B specialist, recently celebrated its 50th year in business and has broadened out to cover employment and benefits; financial services; and health and wellbeing. Foster (pictured) joins from the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, where she was an Assistant Director, responsible for evaluating the commission's investment programme and labour market products: the Employer Skills Survey, Employer Perspectives Survey and Working Futures. Earlier, she served as Research Director at the Centre for Economic & Social Inclusion, set up the research function at social enterprise Gradcore, and spent six years at the Department for Work and Pensions' Skills undertaking research and policy to integrate the Jobcentre Plus and National Careers Service offer.

Svanaes previously worked at market and social research agency Family, Kids and Youth and specialises in work with children and families; while Eastwood previously worked as an SRE at Shift Learning and an RE at Ipsos MORI and specialises in education research.
