Key North American Hire for Research Partnership

Healthcare specialist Research Partnership has appointed industry veteran Tom Nolte as Director, Head of Business Analytics for North America, based in its Philadelphia office.

The London-headquartered firm, which also has offices in Boston, LA, San Francisco and Singapore, specialises in supplying primary qual and quant market research and consulting services to the sector. In addition, its RP Therapy Watch service collects data from an online community of specialist physicians across the globe, to enable clients to monitor their market and that of their competitors in real time.

Nolte (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' healthcare research experience. Most recently, he was Managing Partner at Envisage, prior to which he worked for Ipsos Healthcare as Global Head of Innovation, and he spent fourteen years as a consultant at Adelphi Research. Earlier, he was Market Research Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and he worked for agencies Total Research Corporation and ORC International. He is also a Senior Consultant at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, involved in developing strategies for innovation and entrepreneurship.

In his new role, Nolte's expertise will strengthen Research Partnership's quant capabilities across the UK and US offices. US President Harriet Kozak says Nolte brings 'great energy, insight and creative thinking to his partnership with clients'.
