Vision Critical Adds Storytelling Feature to Sparq

Research community and survey technology firm Vision Critical has added a 'storytelling' feature to its Sparq customer intelligence platform, to enable companies to organize and share customer insights, accumulated over time, across their organization.

Divesh SisodrakerSparq allows clients to conduct all their online research through one platform; from visual surveys to custom panels and private communities. Its new 'Stories' feature allows brands to tap into historical customer feedback: a manager using it can first search through the results of past activities for information gleaned from customers related to a new initiative the company is considering. Such information can then be compiled into a new 'story', with a narrative adding color and context.
