ZappiStore Hires Franco as VP Americas Eastern Region

In the US, MR app marketplace ZappiStore has appointed Julio Franco as Vice President Americas for the Eastern Region.

Launched in 2013 by Spring Research founder Stephen Phillips, ZappiStore allows users to purchase access to market research solutions to use across a broad range of areas such as in their creative testing and new product development projects. Franco (pictured) joins from AIG Insurance, where he most recently served as Americas Director - Customer Insight, providing strategic direction and leadership to customer insight heads for the US and Canada. Earlier, he spent a decade at Ipsos in a variety of roles - latterly as Vice President, in charge of a team of researchers, and founding and managing the firm's Public Affairs' Hispanic Research Center practice.
