In the UK, research and insight consultancy Morar has promoted Julian Dailly to the role of Managing Director, while Roger Perowne and Alistair Cunningham take on the positions of Chief Executive and Head of Technology respectively, and Paul Bath becomes COO.
Owned by digital marcoms group Next15, Morar specialises in measuring and advising on brand performance through a combination of research - including concept testing, customer experience evaluation, and employee engagement measurement - strategy and brand positioning services. Its team includes researchers, consultants, strategists and software developers, working from offices in London, New York and San Francisco.
For the past eighteen months, Dailly (pictured) headed up the firm's Consulting team. Prior to this, he founded marketing and branding consultancy Delta, was Director of External Affairs at the Royal London Society for Blind People, and Global Director of Brand Valuation at Interbrand. Earlier, he held senior roles at Sainsbury's and Ford.
Commenting on Dailly's promotion, Perowne says: 'Julian has done an exceptional job in shaping how we help our clients. His knowledge of how to make brands more successful and his inspirational leadership have been a winning combination. I am proud to hand the day-to-day running of the business over to him'.
