POSSIBLE London Ramps Up UX Team

November 8 2016

WPP-owned creative digital agency POSSIBLE London has appointed Ben Bashford as Head of User Experience (UX), while Ilse Christiansen and Jules Spanou both join as UX Designers.

Ben BashfordBashford (pictured) has twenty years of relevant experience, and spent the past five years in contract roles including Chief Design Officer for the Boiler Room, and Interaction Designer in Google's Creative Lab. Prior to this, he held senior UX roles at LBi, Cimex Media, bd-ntwk and Preloaded. Executive Creative Director Pablo Marques comments: 'I have admired and respected Ben from afar for some time. He is a multidisciplinary creative, a great polymath and visionary leader who embodies the hybrid based approach we are heading towards. He is also a subculture nerd with a huge range of interests, which makes him a very important fit in our vision for the agency's culture'.

Joining Bashford's team are former Razorfish exec Christiansen and former Net-a-Porter UX Designer Spanou, who will primarily work on the Specsavers account; while former 360i Designer Liam Thomas also joins as a Visual Designer, working across a mix of clients.
