Former Engagement Labs CEO Joins Videology

In Toronto, TV and online ad targeting specialist Videology has appointed former Engagement Labs CEO Bryan Segal as Managing Director of its Canadian business. He succeeds Ryan Ladisa, who will be leaving the company after a transitional period to 'pursue outside interests'.

Bryan SegalVideology's maths and science-based technology enables clients to manage, measure and optimize digital video and TV advertising, and target precise consumer segments by demographics, psychographics and behavioral habits. Segal (pictured) joins after two years as CEO of social media metrics specialist Engagement Labs, prior to which he spent fourteen years at comScore in Canada; initially as a Research Analyst and later as VP of Sales.

In his new role, Segal will work with Videology's North American leadership team to market and deploy products and solutions to the Canadian marketplace; while leading the company's Canadian sales and operations. He will report into COO Tom McMahon, who comments: 'Bryan's deep experience in leading and shaping strategies within digitally-focused organizations, and his understanding of the complexities that clients now face as technology has become a critical part of their business, makes him remarkably well-suited to lead Videology Canada toward our next phase of growth.
