Digital media measurement firm Verto Analytics has launched a solution called SmartPoll, combining survey data with cross-device consumer behavioural data collected through passive metering, to compare opinions with actual behavior.
Verto's measurement services include the syndicated service Cross-Media Watch and mobile / multi-screen consumer behavior measure App Watch. Available for US and UK clients, SmartPoll collects consumers' second-by-second cross-device activity via the Verto Smart App, which tracks their behaviour on a 24/7 basis. The resulting data is then connected to individual's attitudes, intent and loyalty data from the firm's double opt-in Smart Panel, to uncover exactly how and why consumers are spending time online.
