KJT Hires Former Nielsen Healthcare Director

In the US, healthcare research specialist KJT Group has appointed former Nielsen exec Cindy McElroy as Research Director.

Founded in 2007, KJT has offices in Honeoye Falls, New York and Amsterdam, and a team of 40 full-time employees in the US, the Netherlands, and the UK. The firm's specialities include health services research, strategy development, outcomes and healthcare economics.

McElroy (pictured) joins from Nielsen, where she served as Director of Consumer Services, Healthcare Research for the past three years, leading the Customer Experience Centre of Excellence for the healthcare practice. She previously worked in the Healthcare division at Harris Interactive, prior to the firm's acquisition
