Vision Critical Adds 'Relationship Memory' to Sparq

February 23 2017

Research community and survey technology specialist Vision Critical has expanded its Sparq customer intelligence platform with the addition of a feature called 'Relationship Memory', which connects existing customer data with intelligence collected from insight communities.

Divesh SisodrakerSparq allows clients to conduct all their online research through one platform; from visual surveys to custom panels and private communities. Last summer, Vision Critical added a storytelling feature, enabling users to organize and share customer insights, accumulated over time, across their organization.

With the latest release, the firm says users can now build and deepen their relationships with customers with every interaction. 'Relationship Memory' allows information provided by members to remain in the platform, resulting in dynamic profiles that modify according to changes in behavior, preferences and needs. Community managers can use this profile information and historical data to microtarget specific groups of members.

Divesh Sisodraker (pictured), President and Chief Product Officer, comments: 'The new Sparq 3 platform offers the most powerful set of features available for insight communities in the market today. Through the power of Relationship Memory - the ability to connect what you already know about your customers with information you collect from your insight community, and then to use that information to learn more about customers over time - we improve the quality of insight with every engagement'.
