New Viewing Facility for Manchester

Chartered Accountant and investor Sarah Butler has opened a viewing facility, The Buzz Rooms, in Greater Manchester, UK. The new set-up is housed in the headquarters of Infinity Asset Management, of which she is a co-founder and partner.

The new facility is at Clippers Quay, Salford Quays, close to the BBC and ITV studios at MediaCityUK, as well a Metrolink tram station. It features a respondents' room with online streaming capability, and an observation room, both seating ten people; plus breakout areas, meeting rooms and a kitchen.

Butler (pictured), whose seventeen years as a chartered accountant include time as a Director of Corporate Finance at BDO Stoy Hayward, is also an investor in Beyond Residential, a property sales, management and lettings agency based at the Quays. She says of her latest venture: 'Having spoken to researchers, it was clear they were looking for something different and that there was a gap in the market for a bespoke viewing facility which offers them exclusive use. Their feedback played a big role in the design and layout of The Buzz Rooms, which features modern furniture, a contemporary kitchen facility plus numerous breakout areas'.
