RG+A Hires Three, Promotes Three

US healthcare marketing research firm RG+A has hired Joan Lorgus as Vice President for Client Development; Alex Graber as Senior Manager, Marketing Science; and Lindsay Hoover as a Research Analyst. The firm has also promoted three existing members of staff.

Joan Lorgus, Dr. Timothy Deckman, Amy Krutsick, Alex Graber, Diana Kuritza and Lindsay HooverHeadquartered in New Hope, Pennsylvania, RG+A conducts research with physicians, consumers, payers and regulators, using proprietary quant and qual methods to simulate physician prescribing decisions and other market activities.

Lorgus joins with more than 25 years' experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, she was VP, Client Development at Buzzback Market Research, having previously been Director Business Development at Arlington Medical Resources, and a Senior Account Manager at IMS Health, where she worked for eleven years. In her new role, she will lead client relationship management and expand efforts with medical device and diagnostics accounts.

Graber has re-joined the company in the newly created role of Senior Manager, Marketing Science, after more than two years at Leger - he began his career with RG+A in 2009. Hoover is a recent graduate of Delaware Valley University.

The company has also promoted Timothy Deckman to Chief Marketing Scientist with leadership of its Research Center of Excellence. He started his research career as an analyst at RG+A in 2012, and re-joined the company in 2015 after a stint at Adelphi Group. Amy Krutsick joined the firm last summer as Senior Research Manager and is now Associate Director, having previously been Market Research Manager at Penn Mutual, and spent six years at GfK Custom Research North America; while Diana Kuritza joined in 2015 after a master's program in biological sciences at Drexel University. She is now a Senior Research Analyst.
